In celebration of Earth Day, students and staff at Southview School created a variety of arts and crafts activities using recycled materials.

It was lights, camera, and action at Southview School during its Stepping into the Spotlight: Center Stage Talent Show. High school students performed a variety of acts, ranging from rapping to playing instruments and singing.

SSD is proud to announce that Superintendent Dr. Michael Maclin has been recognized by the MASA as the recipient of the 2025 Emerging Superintendent Award for the Greater St. Louis Area District.

Special School District invites all interested parties to virtually review and discuss curricula within our SSD schools, before being submitted to the Board of Education for approval.
